These Terms & Conditions form the binding agreement between the Casino and its users. Information provided by the support team is for clarification only and does not override these Terms. In the event of discrepancies between translations, the English version takes precedence.

Player Account Use

Players are allowed only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and associated winnings removed. Third parties, including minors, must not access your account under any circumstances. All gameplay must be for personal use; commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Anti-Fraud Policy

The Casino employs strict anti-fraud measures. If a player is suspected of engaging in cheating, collusion, fraudulent transactions, multi-accounting, using illegitimate funds, initiating chargebacks or other unfair practices, the Casino may suspend the account and halt payouts without prior notice. Relevant authorities may also be notified.

The Casino does not tolerate advantage play. Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, use of stolen cards, falsified documents, or low-risk betting patterns — such as covering most roulette outcomes — may result in voided winnings and account closure. Verification documents may be requested in Latin or Cyrillic alphabets, and video verification may be required if necessary.

Any attempt to manipulate the system may lead to withheld payments and potential legal action. All deposits must be wagered at least three times before withdrawing funds linked to those deposits. If multiple deposits are made without gameplay, the total amount must be wagered before requesting withdrawal.

Depositing

The Casino supports numerous payment methods, including major card providers and alternative solutions. Minimum deposit amounts vary by currency and payment type. Third-party deposits are prohibited; funds must originate from accounts registered in your name. Violations may result in confiscation of winnings and refund of the original deposit.

Cryptocurrency deposits made through Coinspaid may not support deposit limit settings; players wishing to set limits must use alternative payment methods.

Withdrawal Policy

Minimum withdrawal amounts depend on the chosen payment method. The Casino may request identity verification before processing withdrawals. Failed verification may result in account closure. Currency conversions may occur for non-GBP transactions, depending on banking or payment system rates.

Bank transfer withdrawals typically require 5–7 business days and may incur intermediary fees. Withdrawal limits are applied daily, weekly and monthly. Large winnings may be paid in instalments. The Casino’s internal currency is GBP, and no interest or currency exchange services are provided.

Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe, and only up to the deposited amount can be returned via credit card. Additional winnings or bonuses will be deducted before refund processing.

Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. A monthly maintenance fee will be charged to accounts with remaining balances until reactivated or emptied.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

Players experiencing issues with payments, bonuses or responsible gaming tools should contact Support. Complaints will be reviewed and escalated if necessary. If unresolved, players may contact relevant regulatory bodies. In case of discrepancies between game outcomes and server logs, server records prevail.

Other Provisions

The Casino may modify or discontinue any games, promotions or events without prior notice. These Terms serve as the governing agreement between the Casino and its players. If support staff guidance conflicts with these Terms, the Terms & Conditions take priority.
